“'Having completed the Meditation & Mindfulness course with Yasmina, I can now feel the benefit of applying what I have learned to my daily life. I attended the course unsure that meditation or mindfulness held much use or benefit for me in my life. I couldn't have been more mistaken, as in this modern hectic life it's so easy to lose your focus on what you're aiming for in life. I had many things that I planned to do but used to end up not completing any, instead I'd be all over the place.
By practicing mindfulness now at the start of the day, even if only for 10-20 minutes my life has really come to order with focus as never before. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to get the best out of themselves and indeed life. The course included other participants which was instrumental in making me feel at ease having shared experiences. It was very useful to compare how we approached the exercises as well as the varying results we got. Yasmina encourages the group to share honestly how we did or did not make out throughout the many experiences we completed. This was very helpful as it led to us loosing all inhibitions and relax into the course.....which was very important.
In conclusion, I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to maximise their achievements and to de-stress and concentrate their life's efforts for themselves in a positive way.
