Course Content:

The course teaches you how to develop the ability to bring your awareness into the present moment.   
The skills you develop through regular practice will go on to assist you in everyday life and help you to create a Happier, Healthier Life.

The course involves:

You will receive training in various mindfulness meditations. The skills you develop will assist you in creating a greater awareness of your thoughts, feelings and emotions, this is an important part of helping you to cope successfully with the stress and anxiety that can arise when we encounter challenges and difficulties.  

When we explore our experiences we are able to develop a different perspective on how we look at things, this helps us to look at situations and circumstances that we face very differently. 
We discover that we can choose to do things differently, no longer do we find ourselves reacting to the problems we face, a space has been created between us and the problem that enables us to choose a more appropriate and beneficial way of responding.

The PAUSE - Group Sessions:

The group sessions are dedicated towards you experiencing and exploring the meditations, you will be provided with guidance & support and assistance with any difficulties which may arise. 

You are encouraged to continue to practice at home between group meetings.  Commitment to maintaining a regular daily practice is an important part of the course and is an essential requirement for your on-going progression.

8 Week  Meditation & Mindfulness Course
Course Content:

  • Groups - The PAUSE 8 week course is offered to small groups of up to six people                                                                                   - COVID Safeguarding guidelines in place
  • Individual one-to-one tuition - Available at Headcorn Natural Health Centre
  • Distance learning course  (please contact me for further details)
  • On-line - Groups & One-to-one
  Includes:
  •  x 7  (2 hour long) group sessions   (Eight 1.5 hour sessions for one-to-one and online group/one-to-one sessions
  • Culminating in a half-day workshop on the eighth and final week.                                                                                                              (half day workshop available to group sessions held at Headcorn Natural Health Centre)
  • Workbook & recordings to support you during home practice
  • Phone/email contact with me if additional support is required during the course
