We are all uniquely individual, often it is a combination of factors, including experiences that have contributed towards how we are feeling.   I see pain, discomfort together with many other symptoms, including emotions, as the body’s way of trying to get our attention, a personal messenger that is trying to tell us that all is not well and call us to action.

​I am dedicated to supporting  people who are struggling with their mind, body or just with life to find their way to a state of calm with greater clarity, an increased sense of wellbeing, and a renewed understanding of what feeds their soul.
