​I have been teaching Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness to groups and on a one-to-one basis for over thirty five years. My early introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness meant that I developed skills that have gone on to support me immensely during my life, it has been a valuable tool that has helped me to navigate life’s challenges. With a deep and personal understanding of the benefits this very rewarding practice can bestow I developed a deep passion for sharing this knowledge and empowering people by teaching others this unique life changing practice.
