6 Week  Meditation & Mindfulness Course
Course Content:

Courses Options:
  • Groups - The PAUSE 8 week course is offered to small groups of up to six people                                                                      - COVID Safeguarding guidelines in place 
  • Individual one-to-one tuition - Available at Headcorn Natural Health Centre & on-line
  • Distance learning course  (please contact me for further details)
  • On-line - Groups & One-to-one
  Includes:
  •  x 6  (2 hour) group sessions   (x 6 1.5 hour sessions for one-to-one tuition)
  • Culminating in a half-day workshop on the eighth and final week                                                                                                                 -(half day workshop available to group sessions held at Headcorn Natural Health Centre)  
  • Workbook & recordings to support you during home practice
  • Phone/email contact with me if additional support is required during the course
  Course fee: £250

Meditation & Mindfulness Support Group meetings are held on a monthly basis to provide 
on-going support following the completion of the course.
