8 Week - Meditation & Mindfulness CourseCourse Content:
Courses Options:
- Groups - The PAUSE 8 week course is offered to small groups of up to six people - COVID Safeguarding guidelines in place
- Individual one-to-one tuition - Available at Headcorn Natural Health Centre & on-line
- Distance learning course (please contact YASMINA for further details)
- On-line - Groups
- On-line - One-to-one Personal Tuition (please contact YASMINA to discuss one-to-one tuition fees)
Includes:
- x 7 (2 hour long) group sessions (Eight 1.5 hour sessions for one-to-one & online group/one-to-one sessions)
- Culminating in a half-day workshop on the eighth and final week -(half day workshop available to group sessions held at Headcorn Natural Health Centre)
- Workbook & recordings
to support you during home practice
- Phone/email contact with me if additional support
is required during the course
