I have had the great fortune of teaching the many benefits of Yoga for over thirty years.
Having been raised by parents who were both Yoga instructors it was inevitable that I would follow the same path. This early introduction contributed towards my deep passion for finding ‘Natural Solutions’ to health problems and was the foundation to my seeking further ways of promoting health and wellness.. Having received training in various modalities I have gained extensive experience in the treatment and maintenance of a healthy back. My students subsequently benefit greatly from my additional skills, knowledge, and understanding of the human body.

So what is Yoga?
Yoga
is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on a series of physical movements (postures called asanas), breathing techniques and
relaxation exercises all of which contribute towards developing balance and harmony in the Mind,
Body and Spirit.

Mindfulness isn’t new, it has been around for thousands of years. It is Scientific Research which has more recently
helped to promote the practice based on recent studies which have shown how mindfulness reduces stress, anxiety and depression as well as helping to manage general wellbeing and a wide range of physical conditions.
Can anyone practice Mindfulness?
Mindfulness supports people from all walks of life and does not require you to be religious or spiritual to develop the skills. Mindfulness can be practiced by children young people and adults.
