Welcome to 'A journey into Wholeness'-
I have had the great fortune of teaching the many benefits of Yoga for over thirty years.
Having been raised by parents who were both Yoga instructors it was inevitable that I would follow the same path. This early introduction contributed towards my deep passion for finding ‘Natural Solutions’ to health problems and was the foundation to my seeking further ways of promoting Health and Wellness.. Having received training in various modalities I have gained extensive experience in the treatment and maintenance of a healthy back.
My students subsequently benefit greatly from my additional skills, knowledge, and understanding of the human body.

So what is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on a series of physical movements - postures called asanas, breathing techniques and relaxation exercises all of which contribute towards developing Balance and Harmony in the Mind, Body and Spirit.
